Painology reserves the right to modify or expand its service offerings at any time, as it deems necessary to serve its users best.

User Account Information

MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT

• Access to the Painology Powerhouse Portal requires a paid membership. Members can choose between an annual fee paid in full at the time of enrolment or a monthly fee paid in recurring instalments. Monthly instalments are due on the same date each month. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of membership access. Details regarding membership fees and payment options can be found on the Website or by contacting Painology directly.

• You can reach out to us directly through the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website for any membership or payment-related queries. Our dedicated support team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

• We accept debit or credit card payments, processed securely through Stripe.

• All products and materials within the membership, including courses, workbooks, guides, and meditations, remain the intellectual property of Painology and may not be reproduced or distributed without express written permission.

• If we are unable to process your membership payment, our system will typically reattempt payment every three (3) days using your existing payment method. We reserve the right to manually retry payments at any time using your existing or any new payment methods added to your account to settle outstanding debts.

• Painology is not responsible for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments imposed by your payment provider. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. If you choose to cancel your membership, it is your responsibility to cancel any recurring payments with your payment provider.

• Painology does not accept payment by cheque. Any purchases or agreements made will be immediately suspended until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• Painology's services are intended for a general audience. However, we recognise the importance of parental involvement for users under a certain age. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years old), you may use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are either of legal age or are using the Website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

SUBSCRIPTION FEE

• Membership fees for the Painology Powerhouse Portal are detailed on the Website and are subject to change. Members can choose between a monthly subscription or an annual subscription paid in advance. The annual subscription offers a discount equivalent to two months of membership fees.

• Additional services, such as VIP coaching sessions and specialised courses, are priced separately and are not included in the standard membership fees. Prices for these services are clearly displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.

ACCOUNT CREATION


An email address is required to download information, which will be stored securely within our website's administrative portal. Additionally, creating a Painology account is mandatory to access paid courses and the exclusive Painology Powerhouse Portal. This account serves as your personalised gateway to premium content, community features, and interactive tools. To create an account, you must provide a valid email address and create a unique password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Painology reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

• Painology reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or terminate your access to the Website and its Content, in full or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of non-payment, violation of these Terms of Service, or misuse of the Website or Services.

• In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorised to access the parts of the Website or Content affected by such cancellation or termination. The restrictions imposed on you in these Terms and Conditions concerning the Website and its Content will continue to apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or us.

• In the event of non-payment on a due date, Painology will re-attempt to process the payment every three (3) days. If payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, membership access will be suspended. Continued non-payment may result in the termination of the membership and account. Upon termination, access to all paid content and services will be revoked.

REFUND POLICY

• Due to the nature of our digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted.

• We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances of the purchase and any technical issues that may have prevented you from accessing or using the product. If you encounter any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately using the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

• Please note that our refund policy may vary for certain products or services. Specifically, live coaching sessions and events are non-refundable once the session or event has taken place or the scheduled start time has passed. No refund shall be initiated on any product unless specific refund terms are communicated at the time of purchase.

CONTENT REMOVAL AND MODERATION POLICY
