At Painology, we understand that pain, stress and tension are messages from the body. The Healing Body Scan Meditation helps you:

  • Observe physical sensations without judgement

  • Build emotional and nervous system awareness

  • Reduce stress and subtle tension patterns

  • Strengthen resilience and self-regulation

How it Works

This practice guides your attention through different parts of the body, inviting awareness of sensations as they arise. There’s no “correct” experience - the goal is to notice, feel and gently return your focus, which trains your nervous system to calm naturally.
